WhatsApp and other channels,impersonating reservation confirmations.
These messages include statements such as, “If you do not complete this procedure within 24 hours,
your reservation will be canceled,” along with URLs leading to phishing websites.

If you receive any such suspicious message, we strongly urge you not to access
the provided URL or enter any personal information.
Please be advised that our hotel will never request you to provide credit card details
or personal information after your reservation has been completed.

We are currently working closely with Booking.com to verify the facts and investigate this matter.
