【ご注意ください】 フィッシングサイトへ誘導する不審なメッセージについて

平素よりホテルフォルツァ博多駅筑紫口Ⅱをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、宿泊予約サイト「Booking.com」を通じて当館をご予約された一部のお客様宛に、WhatsApp等を通じて予約確認を装った不審なメッセージが送信されていることを確認いたしました。
当該メッセージには、「この手続きを24時間以内に完了しない場合、ご予約がキャンセルになります」などの文言とともに、(※注1)フィッシングサイトへ誘導するURLが記載されていました。
 
※注1 フィッシングサイトとは実在の企業を装いお客様の情報を入力され盗み取る目的のものです。

不審なメッセージを受信された場合は、記載されたURLへアクセスしたり、情報を入力したりしないよう、強くお願い申し上げます。
当館では、ご予約後にクレジットカード情報や個人情報の入力をお願いすることは一切ございません。
 
本件につきましては、現在、Booking.com社と連携のうえ、事実関係の確認および調査を進めております。
お客様には多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけしておりますこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

[Important Notice] Suspicious Messages Leading to Phishing Sites

Dear Valued Guests,

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Hotel Forza Hakataeki Chikushi-Guchi II.
We have recently confirmed that some guests who made reservations at our hotel through the booking website “Booking.com” have received suspicious messages via WhatsApp and other channels, impersonating reservation confirmations.
These messages include statements such as, “If you do not complete this procedure within 24 hours, your reservation will be canceled,” along with URLs leading to phishing websites.

If you receive any such suspicious message, we strongly urge you not to access the provided URL or enter any personal information.
Please be advised that our hotel will never request you to provide credit card details or personal information after your reservation has been completed.

We are currently working closely with Booking.com to verify the facts and investigate this matter.

We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
