In recent years, there have been reports in Japan and abroad of power banks overheating, emitting smoke or catching fire. To help all guests stay safely and comfortably, we kindly ask you to observe the following when using power banks in your room.

◆ Your cooperation is requested

・Please do not charge devices while away from your room or asleep.

・When leaving your room or going to sleep, please refrain from charging power banks and any connected devices.

・Do not charge near windows exposed to direct sunlight or on flammable materials such as beds, sheets or curtains. These conditions increase the risk of excessive heat or fire.

・To prevent accidents, use devices only in places and at times when you can continuously monitor their condition.

If staff find any of the above situations while cleaning rooms during a multi-night stay, they may move the power bank or unplug it for safety. Thank you for your understanding.
