In recent years, there have been reports both in Japan and abroad of power banks overheating, smoking, or catching fire.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following precautions when using power banks in your room.

• Please refrain from charging while away or asleep.
• Do not charge power banks or connected devices when you are not in the room or while sleeping.
• Do not charge near windows exposed to direct sunlight or on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains.
• Always charge in a visible location and only when you can monitor the device.

These environments increase the risk of overheating or fire.
If our staff finds any of the above situations during room cleaning for a multi-night stay, we may unplug or move the power bank for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
