In recent years, there have been reports both in Japan and abroad of mobile battery chargers overheating, smoking, or catching fire. To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, please observe the following precautions when using mobile battery chargers in your room.

• Do not charge mobile batteries or connected devices while away from the room or asleep.
• Do not charge near windows exposed to direct sunlight or on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains. These environments increase the risk of overheating or fire.
• Always charge in a visible location and only when you can monitor the device to prevent accidents.

If our staff finds any of the above situations during room cleaning for a multi-night stay, we may unplug or move the mobile battery for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
