We have recently confirmed that some guests who made reservations at our hotel through Booking.com have received suspicious messages via WhatsApp and other channels, impersonating reservation confirmations.

These messages include statements such as, “If you do not complete this procedure within 24 hours, your reservation will be canceled,” along with URLs leading to phishing websites. A phishing website impersonates a legitimate company in order to obtain information entered by customers.

If you receive any such suspicious message, we strongly urge you not to access the provided URL or enter any personal information. Our hotel will never request credit card details or personal information after your reservation has been completed.

We are currently working closely with Booking.com to verify the facts and investigate this matter. We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause.
