※宿泊契約や宿泊代金等の支払いの日付にかかわらず、2025年9月1日の宿泊から適用されます。
※宿泊料金に含まれるものは素泊まりの料金、素泊まりのサービス料です。宿泊料金に含まれないものは、消費税及び食事代・電話代等、宿泊以外のサービスに相当する料金です。

Please be advised that the accommodation tax ordinance will be partially revised for stays on or after September 1, 2025. Guests will be required to pay an accommodation tax based on the room rate. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

This applies to stays from September 1, 2025, regardless of the date of booking or payment of accommodation charges.
The accommodation fee includes the room-only rate and service charges for the room. It does not include consumption tax, meal charges, telephone charges, or other fees for services unrelated to accommodation.
