Thank you for choosing Hotel Forza.

Incidents involving mobile batteries overheating, smoking, or catching fire have been reported in Japan and overseas. To protect the safety and comfort of all guests, please observe the following precautions in your room.

• Do not charge mobile batteries or connected devices while you are away from the room or asleep.
• Do not charge near windows exposed to direct sunlight or on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains.
• Charge only where you can keep the device in sight and monitor its condition.

If our staff finds an unsafe charging situation during cleaning for a multi-night stay, we may move the mobile battery or unplug it for safety. Thank you for your understanding.
