Thank you for choosing Hotel Forza.

In recent years, there have been reports both in Japan and abroad of mobile battery chargers overheating, smoking, or catching fire.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following precautions when using mobile battery chargers in your room:

◆ Your Cooperation is Appreciated

・Please refrain from charging while away or asleep.

・Avoid charging mobile batteries and connected devices when you are not in the room or while sleeping.

・Do not charge near windows exposed to direct sunlight or on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains. These environments increase the risk of overheating or fire.

・Always charge in a visible location and only when you can monitor the device.

If our staff finds any of the above situations during room cleaning for multi-night stays, we may unplug or move the mobile battery for safety reasons.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
