Hotel Forza Oita has introduced “QR Check-in” to make the check-in process easier for you.

This service allows guests who have made reservations through booking sites to receive a QR code for check-in via email or SMS. By scanning the received QR code at the self check-in machine upon arrival, guests can easily retrieve their reservation details.

How to Use

1. Make a reservation through a booking site.
2. Receive a QR code via email or SMS from the hotel. It is scheduled to be sent at around 12:00 noon on the day of check-in.
3. Upon arrival at the hotel, scan the received QR code at the check-in machine.
4. Complete the check-in procedure and enjoy your stay.

Reservations Not Eligible for This Service

• If the booking site does not have a registered email address or only a landline telephone number is registered, this service cannot be used.
  The delivery method (email/SMS) may vary depending on the booking site.
• Guests with multiple room reservations or consecutive stay reservations made as separate bookings are not eligible for this service.
