Thank you for choosing Hotel Forza.

In recent years, there have been reports both in Japan and abroad of power banks overheating, smoking, or catching fire. To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following precautions when using power banks in your room.

Your Cooperation is Appreciated

• Please refrain from charging while away or asleep.
Avoid charging power banks and connected devices when you are not in the room or while sleeping.
• Do not charge in the following locations:
  • Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
  • On flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains
These environments increase the risk of overheating or fire.
• Always charge in a visible location.
To prevent accidents, please charge your devices only when you can monitor them.

If our staff finds any of the above situations during room cleaning for multi-night stays, we may unplug or move the power bank for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
