These messages may state that the reservation will be cancelled unless a procedure is completed within 24 hours and may contain a URL leading to a phishing website designed to steal personal information.

If you receive a suspicious message, do not open the URL or enter any information. The hotel will never ask you to provide credit card details or personal information after your reservation has been completed.
